Course Description
This course is delivered as in an interactive program, focusing on understanding tourist needs, curating unique itineraries and developing your communication, presentation and customer service skills. Site visits (or virtual tours) to some of Singapore's leading attractions will ensure our participants are equipped with current information, and have the confidence to discuss Singapore highlights with both professional knowledge and personal experience.
- We include complimentary workshops for all students including: Interview Skills, Resume Writing Techniques, Career Counselling and Social Media Marketing tips
- SkillsFuture Credit, UTAP & PSEA may be available for eligible students
